The view going up to Mountain Lake was awesome on Saturday.

Their seems to have been some hillbillies at the lake recently. Surely no one from Virginia could have engineered this romantic love seat. No idea if it actually floats.

Taken from the steps of the hotel, all the brown area has been covered in water in the past.

Took this while waiting at a construction site in Monroe county, West Virginia. A pair of temporary traffic lights were set up. They accounted for all the traffic lights in the county.

Some of us remember the ESSO name (now Exxon). I thought ESSO was gone. But this gas pump in Glen Lyn says it is still around.

Ummm, those rocks don't look very floaty.
